The most rewarding part of building this platform is seeing colleagues use it around the office. As its technical owner, lead engineer, and founding engineer, I work on the engineering that turns an AI tool into something people can use in production.
AI that fits into real work
The platform brings AI into internal workflows. My contribution spans the core platform and the safeguards around it: high-level access controls, observability, and human-in-the-loop components.
Role-based access control helps keep capabilities appropriate to each person’s role. Observability with LangSmith makes the behavior of AI workflows visible. Human-in-the-loop components make room for a person to participate where the workflow needs one.
Built for production
The platform is in production at Dun & Bradstreet, following the company’s required processes. Its AI workflows use LangChain and LangGraph, with LangSmith supporting observability.
Watching something I built become part of a colleague’s day is the result that matters most to me.
